Kianinny Bush Cottages is situated on 100 acres of natural terrain, just 3 kilometers from Tathra Beach, along the picturesque Sapphire Coast of New South Wales. This setting offers access to rugged coastline, sheltered bays, lagoons, rivers, and national parks. It is conveniently located halfway between Sydney and Melbourne and only three hours from Canberra.

Cottages

The accommodation consists of 21 bush-style cottages, varying from superior cottages that can sleep up to six, to more affordable standard cottages. Each cottage is double-brick constructed and equipped with an open living plan, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a wood-burning fireplace. Additional amenities include all linen and spare blankets to enhance guest comfort.

Activities

Kianinny offers numerous activities for guests to engage with nature, including professionally guided archery and a 110-meter flying fox experience. A freshwater lake serves as a focal point for free activities, such as mini-golf and bushwalking. For children, the hotel hosts a school holiday program that includes a full day of exploring the property and participating in various outdoor activities.
